A.It is law that only10% of the job estimate be received prior to commencement, NOT to exceed $1000.00


Q.Should I sign a written contract?

A.A contract should always state the scope of work that is to be contracted as well as license number of
   contractor.  The contracts are in place to protect the customer and the contractor.  Included should be:
   payment terms, estimated time of completion, and details of all aspects pertaining to job.


Q.How long does it take for concrete to dry?

A.It takes 28 days for concrete to completely cure.
